Hayden Pluck is the Director and qualified carpenter at Flexile Projects. Prior to creating Flexile Projects, Hayden completed his Carpentry apprenticeship in Christchurch, New Zealand. During this time he worked on a variety of residential projects, from new home builds and renovations to earthquake repairs. Following this, he travelled over to the United Kingdom where he gained experience working on terrace house extensions and renovations. After completing his travels, Hayden moved to Melbourne where he worked as a carpenter and then progressed into a site manager/foreman role working on high-end builds within Melbourne.

During this time Hayden took on smaller-scale projects during his weekends. This is where he discovered a gap in the market and a window of opportunity to assist those clients that needed help with smaller jobs. The kind of jobs that others in the industry found as not being worth their time. Finding this opportunity Hayden has built real and positive relationships with clients that will last well into the future.

With over 12 years of building experience in New Zealand, Australia and abroad, Hayden has learnt the value of communication and transparency on a project. This is reflected in his trustworthy and efficient approach to problem-solving and managing jobs.
